Refund & Returns

If, within 10 days, you wish to return a product for refund or replacement, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions of how to do so.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned as they are food items, delivered fresh. Therefore, you must inspect your goods as swiftly as possible after delivery and notify us promptly of any errors.

We will refund you for any products you receive that were not ordered, are faulty, have been substituted with a product that is unacceptable to you or that were delivered without us following these terms and conditions. However, such liability will be limited to the value of the erroneous and / or undelivered goods.

To deal with any concerns regarding your order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which will be the purchase documentation from this site. In relation to a gift, you must contact the purchaser who will be able to discuss the concern with us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer / producer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as ordered and an unacceptable substitute. . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will liaise with you to determine the best and quickest solution.
