All orders are processed within 3 Working Business Days, under exceptionally busy order volumes this may go to 4 days
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
If below minimum order value, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
During restrictions applied during Covid, this period may become extended. We will endeavour to keep you appraised of the situation.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses here.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your product is shipped, if available, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
Should you need to return an item that is undamaged, we are happy to accommodate you however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For any products damaged during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. If you are present at the delivery, please do not accept damaged goods and request them to be returned. Should you need to return damaged goods subsequently, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
